International Peace and Security
International Peace and Security is a graduate publication of policy briefs from the Brown MPA course Dimensions of International Security. I designed and built its home at ipeaceandsecurity.org, and I serve as the publication’s Managing Editor: running the editorial and production pipeline for fifteen policy briefs and an editorial board, and maintaining an automated news wire that draws from the UN, AP, and Crisis Group.
The engagement grew into a small family of sites. I built the sister publication at globalpeaceandsecurity.org, and rebuilt digital-peacebuilding.com for Brown’s Digital Peacebuilding course with site-wide search and a full ADA accessibility overhaul, including tagged accessible PDFs and a media pass that cut the site’s video payload from 680 MB to under 400 KB.
Across all three I own design, hosting, deployment, and performance end to end.
